Clinician desk

Every draft arrives reasoned.Every release is signed.

Models prepare the clinical work: evaluation amendments, plan changes and replies, each with its reasoning and sources attached. The treating therapist reads, edits in place, weighs change against measurement noise, and releases it under their own name.

01Signal

The member checks in. The model drafts.

A voice note, a skipped session, a symptom. The desk turns them into a proposed change to the plan, written the way a therapist would write it.

02Reasoning

Every draft shows its work.

What the model noticed, and where it found it. A clinician should never have to guess why a sentence exists.

03Judgment

The therapist edits in place.

No form, no separate approval screen. The PT strikes what the model got wrong and writes what they would say.

04Release

Signed, then sent.

Nothing clinical reaches a member until a person approves it. Evaluation amendments become new editions, so the record never quietly changes.

05Member

It arrives as a reply from a person.

The member sees their therapist by name, with the reasoning in plain language and a voice note when it helps.

Design decisions

Density where the clinician reads. Calm where they route.

Drafters edit directly.

The model writes into the same document the therapist owns, so review is reading and correcting, not filling in a second form.

The rail gives a reason.

Every member in the queue carries one plain sentence explaining why they are there today. Sorting by urgency is not enough.

Change is measured against noise.

Outcome scores are drawn with their minimal important difference, so a five-point wobble never reads as progress.

Everything here responds: switch members, hover any mark, approve or return a draft.
