Readiness
Ready for loadRecovery is above your usual. Today can carry the heavier session.
Native iOS · 2026
A SwiftUI app for people in rehab and recovery. I designed it, wrote it, and shipped it to TestFlight, with a matching clinician app on the same engine.
Today holds a single session, a dose you can read at a glance, and the body doing the movement before you do. Language stays qualitative: rebuilding, not resuming.
Each day has a name and a reason instead of a list of sets. The plan sits inside a phase of care, so progress reads as a story you can follow.
Your physical therapist, by name. Threads, voice notes, and replies with your history attached, so you never explain yourself twice.
A body in change
Cycle, pregnancy, postpartum, GLP-1 care. Each one restructures what the app shows and when, from the calendar to the week’s training load, rather than adding a banner to a generic plan.
Signals
Wearable and check-in data become plain-language reads that feed the plan. Members see what it means first; the numbers are one tap away.

Under the surface
SwiftUI member and clinician apps, widgets, and push notifications.
The web product and both apps read the same engine as an API, so care logic lives in one place.
HealthKit signals flow into every generated plan and the daily read.
An offline outbox queues check-ins and syncs when the connection returns.
